Genuine Opal triplet cabochons are set in sterling silver. I have cut two circles from a sheet of pure sterling silver. I then textured the metal and soldered silver rings and bezels onto the larger sterling silver circles. The earrings dangle from handmade sterling silver earwires. The silver has been oxidized and polished to create the patina finish.
